We had another great experience with Perfect & Magic PH&A. (I would suggest they get a more simplified name). I love how they communicate the scheduled appts. and arrival of the techs as well as how the techs explain in detail their expert diagnoses and repairs. Ryan was no exception, and he arranged for the project manager Travis to come talk to us about purchasing an HVAC system the same day. He didn't pressure us, just gave us options with itemized costs and reasonable financing. Great customer service!

Chris came out to fix a circuit issue. I asked Chris to treat me like he would treat his parents. He apparently loves his parents! He resolved our issues and educated us about further issues that need to be addressed. I felt like it was expensive to do what needed to be done but I recognize the value of having quality work done correctly. I wish I could see more of Chris, my wife and I really liked him. Overall it was a great experience and when we are ready to get more done we will call him again.

Once we got past the scheduling mixup our experience has been first rate. The technician showed up early with a positive attitude. While our problem was not plumbing specific, having the dryer exhaust vent obstructed was a fire hazard non the less. Noah knew what to do and got right to it. The vent was a long run to the outside with several problems along the way. He sorted out the problems and got the 23 year old vent straight and clear.
